I know it’s not to do with the anthology, but I am a woman, and a food writer, so I’m a woman on food, and this is an update on a project I’ve been working on for the last few years—i.e. my second cookbook. And now, it’s here!!
It’s called KITCHEN REMIX: 75 RECIPES FOR MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR INGREDIENTS and the premise is this: 3 ingredients, 3 ways to play them. There are 25 sets of 3 ingredients (e.g. Rice, Onions, Parmesan; Shrimp, Almonds, Tomatoes; Beans, Chiles, Garlic; Chicken Legs, Apples, Shallots…). For each set, you’ll get three very different dishes to make with the star ingredients. Lots of these recipes can be made using what you’ve got in your pantry, and the featured ingredients are accessible and easily substituted.
It’s uncannily timely, which I couldn’t have predicted, but I’m glad it’s around to help home cooks. For more info, or to ORDER, click HERE.
